So, the first story is kinda a big deal but...whatever.But this website is to make sure that you know that you're not alone, and you never will be. I didn't know that and it was almost the end of me. All I knew about 'depression' was that it felt like sadness, but it's not just that, it's feeling alone, sad, hated and basically every bad emotion mixed into one word. I didn't tell anyone what I was feeling or what I was thinking. I played it like I was a happy and that everything was fine. I didn't feel like it was ok to cry or to feel anything other than happy. So one day I had been talking to my friends and I broke down crying. That made me realize that I wasn't alone, I had them. As cheesy as it sounds music was the only outlet I had. I wish I had something like this to see that other people went through the same things I did. You are not alone. You never are.

My body is not my favorite thing, and it probably never will be. Truth be told there are days where i feel amazing, but there are the days where i want to curl into a ball and die. i go through those 3 am motivational talks with myself then wake up and think 'wow that was stupid...i'm gonna go eat pizza and be a bad bitch while i eat.' i've learned to love myself, my new favorite saying is 'thick thighs means eating fries and getting guys'. learning to love yourself is hard, but it's even harder when you are in middle school, that's the time where your taught to compare yourself to others, and that sticks with you through your freshman year of highschool. in 7th grade i tried out for the basketball team and the number one thing we were told to do was run. i have never been the best runner. i was comparing myself to the girls that finished in 3 minutes while i was still running my first lap. it made me feel fat and lazy and ruined all of the confidence i had. but i did see that basketball...wasn't for me. i saw myself against all of the girls who had been playing for years, i was their last choice for the team. but i did find a sport i was good at, and i made the team and saw myself in a much brighter light. i loved myself for the first time in 3 years. i learned how to love myself, you can too

I'm just tired. But then I wake up and everything becomes ok again. Then, I'm tired again. i'm tired of being in a cycle.

find your own magic 11/26/17

i do believe in magic...ok maybe not wizards and witches, but i believe that everyone has their own little magic. your magic is whatever lifts your mood, for example, mine is music. truth be told i am not musically inclined. i can't sing or play any instruments, but music always makes me feel better. music itself is an amazing thing, it captures the artist's emotions at the moment they recorded that song or when they preform it. it captures memories every time you listen to it, like when you met your significant other and it started playing in the back of your head or when you and your best friend were dancing like nobody was watching. but for some people, their magic is sports or photography. everyone has magic, you just have to find yours.
